It is expected that the Board will move immediately into Executive Session at 6:45pm in accordance with Open Meetings Law 105(1).  The Regular Public Meeting will Reconvene at 8:00pm.

  °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø CITIZENS TAX EXEMPTION
SMITHTOWN CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to New York Real Property Tax Law (“RPTL”) § 467, the Board of Education of the °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøCentral School District will hold public hearings at °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ¹ÙÍøCentral School District, Mills Pond Elementary School, 246 Moriches Road, St. °ÅÀÖÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø, New York on February 25, 2025  at 7:30 P.M. to hear all interested parties and citizens regarding discussion of the following:

Public Hearing 1:A proposed resolution amending the existing Senior Citizens Tax Exemption pursuant to RPTL § 467.
Public Hearing 2: A proposed resolution amending the existing Persons with Disabilities Tax Exemption pursuant to RPTL §459- (5).
